Feta Cheese Water Melon and Mint on Onion Walnut Flat Bread Crust- Diced fetta cashew cheese and water melon sprinkled with pepper mint leaf on a bed of onion walnut flat bread.



Roasted Beet Root Soup: Cream of roasted beet root and caramelized onion and a dash of coconut milk and scallions.



Grilled Vegetables Ala Chef: Grilled red pepper, yellow pepper, zucchini, eggplant, mushroom, carrot and pumpkin marinated in oregano skewered in bread stick served : with balsamic reduction and pesto sauce.

Mango Sorbet - Puree of fresh mango garnish with walnuts and sweet coconut crackers 


Main course


Lasagna Zucchini - Zuchinni strips napoleon brushed with sundried tomato pesto and cashew cheese drizzled with oregano and basil oil



Sesame Crusted Eggplant Patties - Eggplant grilled and crusted with sesame seeds and sunflower seeds on a bed of sundried tomato coulis



Raw Dark Chocolate Cake with Mix Berries compote - Pecan, dates and almond crust with cream of dark chocolate and cashew nuts served with a dash of mix berry compote.
