IMPORTANT PRE-ARRIVAL AND RESORT GUIDELINES:

Thank you for choosing The Farm at San Benito for your Healing Healthy Holiday. Please find below the Pre-Arrival information and Resort guidelines.

ALIVE! RESTAURANT

  •  In line with The Farm’s philosophy towards achieving optimal health, the unique selection at our ALIVE! Restaurant revolves around the idea that true nutrition comes from living foods made fresh daily, light, full of flavours and tasty. Our organic plantation provides us with the produce, herbs, and ingredients for the freshly-prepared rejuvenating meals served at ALIVE!


CHECK-IN AND CHECK-OUT

  • Standard Check-in time is at 2:00 p.m. while Check-out is at 12:00 noon. Requests for early check-in and late check-out are subject to actual room availability.
  • A Passport or valid Government-issued Identification Card will be requested upon registration at the Front Office. We shall require a deposit either by cash or credit card verification prior to check-in.


DAY TOURS

  • Travel time from Metro Manila to The Farm is approximately 90 minutes via land transfers.
  • Guests availing of a Day Tour Package may arrive at the Resort as early as 7:00AM to join the complimentary daily activities.
  • If you have pre-booked SPA Treatments or Medical Services, please ensure that you arrive at least 15 minutes before the scheduled treatment time.
  • Should you be late, pre-booked reservations may be released or the full treatment time may not be offered to avoid disrupting succeeding appointments. While at the Resort, please notify the SPA, Medical Clinic or Front Office of any request for changes and/ or cancellation at least 3 hours prior to your scheduled treatment time. Please note that we have a strict cancellation policy. If you happen to be running late, please feel free to call us. We will try our best to accommodate you.

ETIQUETTE

  • The Farm is a retreat for the body and mind where people come to experience tranquillity. Out of consideration to all our guests, we request that you keep noise to a minimum and your mobile phones on SILENT MODE particularly at the SPA, ALIVE! Restaurant and in the public areas.
  • Please leave Junk Food at the Gate and get ready for an ALIVE! culinary experience!
  • Transport vehicle must be stationed at the designated parking area upon arrival, with the engine and stereo system turned off.
  • Guest Drivers, are not allowed to loiter within the Resort property. We have a Driver’s kubo and staff canteen available for their use and comfort.


INTERNATIONAL ARRIVALS – If you have availed of our Private Car Transfers, please see below guidelines:

  • For Terminal 1 Arrivals: After Immigration, collecting your baggage and clearing customs, please proceed to Arrival Extension down the ramp to Duty Free Counter.
  • For Terminal 2 Arrivals: Upon exiting the Terminal, please proceed to Bay 14 to meet with our driver.
  • For Terminal 3 Arrivals: Upon exiting the Terminal, please proceed to BAY 7 to meet with our driver.


NO SMOKING!

  • The Farm is a strictly SMOKE-FREE environment. In consideration of The Farm’s policy and other guests, please refrain from smoking within the resort premises.


PHOTOS & VIDEO

  • As a courtesy, please avoid taking photos that include other guests without their permission.
  • Rates for pre-nuptial & special occasion photo shoots are available upon requests.


RECOMMENDED ATTIRE

  • The Resort offers a relaxed atmosphere in a jungle setting. The dress code is Resort casual for all facilities. We recommend including clothing items for your preferred activities (yoga, fitness, swimming, etc.) and a hat for protection against the sun, particularly during the months of April and May. During the “burrrrr” months, November to February, we recommend that you bring a light jacket, sweater and/or a shawl.


SPA TREATMENTS AND MEDICAL SERVICES

  • We recommend that you pre-book your SPA Treatments & Medical Services in advance with our Manila Sales Office at telephone number +632 884 8074 or email us at reservations@thefarm.com.ph
  • Additional SPA Treatments and Medical Service, requested at The Resort, will be subject to availability. SPA Treatments and Medical Services, availed at the Resort, are to be settled upon check out.


VISITING FOREIGN NATIONALS

  • Passport must be valid for at least six (6) months or you will not be able to board the aircraft.
  • You must also have a return ticket or an onward ticket to your next country of destination. A penalty of, a minimum of, Php 10,000.00 applies for passengers without a return or onward ticket.
